After getting RCCL and now JACCL working- NCCL should be simple too right? I have a regular ATX machine with Thunderbolt 4 and RTX 4090- maybe it can participate too?

Unfortunately, after compiling my smoke-test and connecting the third TB5 port on my Macbook to my desktop- I recall that actually the ASMedia USB4 controller in my desktop is bricked since some misadventure that concluded with Claude (probably 3.5 Sonnet) irrecoverably burning the wrong firmware image to the controller. I really hate SOIP-clipping stuff so until I can steel myself to attempt external flash write- the honor of first Metal <-> Cuda <-Rocm-> RDMA interop is up for grabs! Pls lmk if you try it :)
